The terms that govern quotes, orders, and shipments placed with UKME Fruit Trading Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote or placing an order with UKME Fruit Trading Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Quotes & Orders
All quotes are subject to product availability, seasonal harvest windows, and market pricing at the time of order confirmation.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in the currency and Incoterm stated on the quotation. Payment terms are agreed on a per-client basis prior to shipment.
4. Quality & Grading
All produce is graded in-house prior to dispatch. Natural variation within agreed tolerance is not considered a quality defect.
5. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
